My name is Beckie-Lynn Wilbur, my husband David and I are the owners of Freedom Homes Realty. Together we have well over 20 years of real estate knowledge, 24 plus years of marriage and five beautiful children. We are proud to have been the first in our families to attend college and purchase a home.

Growing up, I was deeply inspired by my grandparents, who immigrated from Mexico with their nine children. They sold everything they had when their visa was issued, embracing the opportunities America had to offer. My grandfather, who was orphaned at a young age, taught me to recognize and seize the abundant opportunities available in this great country. His unwavering pride in being an American was evident through the American flag he proudly hung in his front yard.

In their pursuit of the American dream, my grandparents worked tirelessly together to achieve their goal of purchasing their first home in the beautiful city of El Monte. Their unwavering determination and teamwork served as an inspiration for me and shaped my belief in the power of unity and resilience.

In my hometown of El Monte, California, I met my husband, David, and we would walk to our first jobs discussing our aspirations. We dreamed of owning a home, going on vacations, providing the best education for our children, and making our grandparents proud. Both sets of our grandparents were Christian and had strong faith, which kept them together and resilient.

Our own journey towards homeownership began in 2008, a challenging time when understanding the terminology, timelines, and steps involved seemed almost impossible. However, with God on my side, I believe I can help others navigate the process, understand the language, seize the opportunities, and make their dream of homeownership a reality.
